I Am Sensory Smart: OT Holiday Programme for Kids✨
Our 3-day Occupational Therapist-led holiday programme for neurodivergent children aged 7–10 years is back to end the year on a calm note!
Children experience a wide range of emotions and energy levels throughout the day — from calm to restless, tired to excited. But do they know what their bodies are trying to tell them?
In this fun and hands-on programme led by Occupational Therapist Akio Lim, children will learn to:
Recognise their body cues and “engine levels” through the 4 Zones of Regulation
Explore sensory strategies to help them focus and calm down
Build awareness of their feelings and what their bodies need in different situations
By understanding themselves better, children can learn to manage big feelings, stay focused, and feel more confident throughout their day.
Give your child the tools to understand, regulate, and thrive because knowing yourself is the first step to feeling in control.
