Process & Timeline

  • A 1.5 hour session with both parent(s) and child to allow our clinician better understand your child’s needs.

    Our clinician will provide recommendations on the assessment(s) needed.

  • Depending on the recommended assessment(s), this could take up to 3 days with each day of assessment lasting 1.5 - 3 hours.

  • Once assessment(s) is/are completed, report will be ready in 14 business days (excluding Public Holidays, eve of Public Holidays, Saturdays, Sun) and subjected to clinician availability.

    The feedback session will be 1 hour with parent(s) or parent(s) and child, depending on the clinician’s advice.
