Welcome to AKIDS Explorers

A Play-Based Early Intervention Programme by Annabelle Kids

Is your child facing challenges with speech, learning, or social interaction?

AKIDS Explorers is a personalised early intervention programme for children aged 4 to 7, designed to build their confidence, skills, and readiness for school — all through play, connection, and structured learning.

Is This the Right Programme for My Child?

We support children with learning, developmental, and behavioural needs.

Our programme is designed for children aged 4 to 7 who may benefit from early, structured support in small-group settings.

We work with children who experience:

Three young girls sitting on grass in a park, smiling and chatting.
A young boy in a blue sweater playing with miniature carnival ride models at a toy store display. An adult is partially visible on the left, and colorful fabric or decorative panels are in the background.

Social Communication Delays

  • Interacting with peers

  • Managing group learning routines

  • Staying calm and focused

Developmental Delays

  • Delays in language or speech

  • Poor coordination in motor skills

  • Struggles in emotional, cognitive, or social areas

  • Visual or perceptual learning difficulties

Learning to engage with caregivers, peers, and new environments with confidence and connection.

  2. Acquiring and Using Knowledge and Skills

Support learning through play, problem-solving, communication, and early academics.

  3. Using Appropriate Behaviours to Meet Needs

Building independence in expressing needs, navigating routines, and adapting to daily demands.

🎓 Our Teaching Approach

  • Personalised learning plans for each child

  • Play-based and structured routines that are predictable and supportive

  • Small group teaching with individualised attention

  • Delivered by a team of early childhood educators, therapists, and psychologists

  • Consistent use of evidence-informed strategies

✈️ Our Learning Journey

Your child’s first 6 months with us

We believe in thoughtful, intentional support — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • Our EIPIC team observes your child across settings to understand their strengths, learning style, and needs.

  • We meet with you to share observations and co-create an Individual Education Plan (IEP), tailored around the GCOs and your goals.

  • We meet with caregivers every 6 months to:

    • Track your child’s progress

    • Adjust strategies and goals

    • Celebrate milestones together

Enrolment & Subsidies

We welcome enrolment throughout the year, subject to available slots.

To ensure that your child thrives in our learning environment, we begin with an initial assessment*. This helps us understand your child’s strengths, needs, and readiness for group learning — and ensures the best possible fit with our classroom dynamics.

☑️ Eligibility & Placement

AKIDS Explorers supports children aged 4 to 7 years.

Based on age and developmental profile, we offer two specialised learning groups. After your child’s assessment, we’ll recommend the group that best suits their profile and learning goals.

Why Fit Matters:

Early intervention is most effective when children are supported in a setting that aligns with their abilities and pace of learning. That’s why we prioritise thoughtful placement — to help every child grow with confidence.
